1. Delivery wilL be 6 - 8 weeks from the date of the order being processed.
2. Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the products to the address you provided and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
3. Kallos Storm is not responsible or liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations under a contract that is caused by an unforeseeable event. An unforeseeable event refers to any act, event, omission or accident beyond our control.
4. If an unforeseeable event takes place and affects the performance of our obligation under a contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. For the duration of the unforeseeable event, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended to the duration of the unforeseeable event.
5. You may cancel a contract affected by an unforeseeable event if there is risk of substantial delay.
6. You may only place an order with us if:
a. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us.
b. You are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to pay for the order.
Payment and Pricing
7. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods listed and must be made in line with the terms on the order form.
8. Prices for products are liable to change but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
9. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 5 working days of the date on the order form.
10. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Termination of Contract
11. Kallos Storm may terminate the contract by writing to you if:
a. You do not make the payment when it is due.
b. You do not supple to us, within 21 working days, the information needed to process the order.
12. Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
13. Under special circumstances, Kallos Storm may accept returns in which case it would be the buyers responsibility to pay for any shipping fee’s associated and the buyers responsibility to ensure the items are returned in an acceptable condition.
14. If you have received a faulty product, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
15. Kallos Storm reserves the right to determine if the product is faulty.
16. Refunds are processed within 10 working days and may take a further 3 - 5 working days to show up in your bank account.
17. Shipping fee’s are non-refundable.
